Frank was not a good guy.
My first introduction to Frank was through a very distant cousin, Catherine. She filed F&B (fornication and bastardy) charges against him about 1899 or so. Come to find out (much later) he also impregnated another distant cousin about 8 years earlier. While I found the cousin, I haven't found any information about the baby. Apparently there was at least one more F charge against him. His idea of resolving the 'problem' was to pay the girl(s) $100 and be done with her/them and the baby(ies).
He must have been fairly charming.
One of the girls wanted more than money. I believe it was Catherine who wanted marriage as she wanted her baby to have a legitimate father. He refused.
Later he tried his charms on Margaret, another distant cousin, and she, with the help of her landlord (the landlord is a distant cousin to me) tried to kindly reject him. Frank had the mindset if he couldn't have her, no one could. He murdered her and the landlord. He injured the landlord's wife.
He ended up with the death penalty and was hung at the age of 26.
